I graduated from the University of Texas at Tyler with a Bachelors of Business Management and a Masters of Human Resource Development. I have been apart of the wonderful world of Human Resources for 7 years. I started my career as a Human Resource Specialist I & II, Human Resource Generalist, HR Manager and now; Sr. Human Resource Consultant.

Although being promoted over the years was exciting as my knowledge and experience continued to expand, I have experienced HR leadership to be impersonal, disengaged, and not genuinely interested in relationships, employee concerns, and the culture of the organization. I wanted to change that. Yes, human resources is about strategic planning, talent management, compliance etc, but it’s also about HUMANS. I wanted to create something that allowed me to continue to provide exceptional HR services, while showcasing the importance of transparency in leadership.
